Due to winter climate factors and low environmental humidity, the wristbands worn by personnel during the operation process have abnormal alarms. How can this be resolved?

Yes . Truly it is an issue with many in the winter season.
Some people who use good amount of moisturizers in winter may not pose any issue in getting their wrist strap passed provided the wrist straps are technically ok .
In case of with people who encounter with failure alarm , they need to apply a bit of some moisturizing solution to their wrist all around and then put on the wrist strap and check . If it passes it is fine . If it fails they need to discard it and check with new ones .
For cross check, with a multi meter you can always check the cord resistance to be in accordance with ANSI ESD S1.1 connected up to the metal bracket of the wrist band where the snap button is positioned
