Hello I need guidance please. If a customer has an existing certification, can we transfer the certificate from one registrar to another? If yes can this be conducted remotely having a recertification within 6 months?
Certificates are not transferable. If you choose to use a different Certification Body, contact them. The certificate is good until the expiration date. The new certification body will need to perform an assessment onsite. The certification body will have a procedure for this.
