Routine Auditing of ESD Floor Tiles

Hello,

I do routine auditing of ESD floor tiles in our manufacturing area quarterly and this is the first quarter I have seen any measurements below 1.0E06. As best as I can tell, the ANSI/ESD standard states that for product verification the measurement can’t fall below 1.0E06 but for routine auditing anything under 1.0E09 is acceptable. Is this true or have I misread the standard?

In ANSI-ESD-S20.20-2014 standard, the standards of product qualification and compliance verification are less than 1*10^9 Ω.
And in Table 2, the product qualification requires testing the walking voltage.
