Does the ANSI/ESD STM 97.1 (Product qualification for Footwear/Flooring system) could be performed by myself?, Do I count as Internal lab. eval? or what are the requirements for that?
(I’m part of my own organization, Engineer), but according to 7.3 from ANSI 20.20, product qualification should be performed for either one of the 3 methods (1. product spec review, 2. independent lab or 3. Internal lab. evaluation).

Yes, you can do the qualification testing yourself as long as you follow the process outlined in the STM. Since it involves the flooring that is installed, you could consider part of the production floor the internal lab and then do the testing. ANSI/ESD S20.20 also allows you to do the testing at the lowest annual humidity so you would want to do the testing when you are able but then monitor the humidity over the year to see if the humidity drops and repeat the test at the lowest annual humidity.
