PCB mounting in ESD or Conductive Plastic

We are developing a sensor that mounts to the top of a steel grain bin. The PCB contains a camera module for measuring volume of bulk dry goods (grains). The grains will flow over the sensor creating a charge that will need to be dissipated. Typically these bins could also attract lightening. Should I use ESD plastic or Conductive? Who may be able to consult in such an application?

For charge dissipation, conductive or dissipative plastic will work as long as they are connected to ground. For lightening protection I am not such which is better.
