based on latest resvision of S20.20 the scope was rephrase to limiting the voltage on isolated conductors to 35volts. does this mean that we do not require to declare sensitivity of our device to isolated conductors but instead we just need to have an implementing control to isolated conductors to less 35volts?
Yes, that is really what the scope is meant to say. There are really only two models to characterize the devices, HBM and CDM. The 35 volts on isolated conductors was loosely related to and old model called Machine Model but there are no standards for that model any more.
