What test method is recommended for isolated conductor compliance verification?

While not specifically stated, this was suppose to be a line qualification measurement only. If there are any isolated conductors that come into contact with ESDS items, then the test method in TR53 (2022 version) section 7.3.2 describes the various test methods.
