The logo is a general logo. The important fact is that everyone knows that proper ESD precaution is required. It is fine to use it.

As per standards ANSI ESD S 8.1 ,
There are three ESD Awareness Symbols defined in ANSI/ESD S8.1:
ESD Susceptibility Symbol A hand inside a triangle with a cross bar to be used on packaging systems which you have used wrongly on the entrance door …
ESD Protective Symbol A hand inside a triangle and within an arc which you should use on the entry door or workstations
.ESD Common Point Ground Two Concentric circles within a main circle to indicate the Common ground points in an EPA
Perhaps these symbols and many of ESD caution posters can be downloaded at free of cost charge from the ESD Association site www.ESDA.org
