Dear ESDA-ESD Experts / Sir/s ,

I have a very old version of IEC 61340-5-2-1999 shared to me by some one long time back.
Thus,may I know what are the Key Changes between 61340-5-2 & ANSI ESD TR20 20 previous versions to IEC 61340-5-2-2018 version.?
Also, I do not have the ANSI ESD TR 20 20 2016 except few clippings which I have from different sources and some ESD training programs attended.
I have recently got from a friend of mine Mr. Jeremy Smallwood’s THE ESD CONTROL PROGRAM HAND BOOK (528 pages ) of 2020 edition to study it for some time .
Is this covering all aspects of ANSI ESD TR 20 20 2016 & IEC 61340-5-2-2018 and will this do alternative to the above two ESD Hand Books ?
