EPA is where sensitive electronic parts are handled, requiring special ESD protection.
Is molding area and plating area should be declared EPA, even products being process are in strip form?As there is a saying that products in strip form are less susceptible to ESD.

If you mean strip form are all the parts connected or shunted together? Is so, that might be considered a form of ESD packaging. If the area handles ESD sensitive items, then is should be an EPA, even if the requirements for this type of area are different.
