ESD Internal Audit

Dear Experts,

Would like to ask if an Internal audit is a mandatory requirement for ESD implementation as well as creating objectives or KPI’s. is this a mandatory requirement during facility certification. please to know your advise.

For an ESD Facility assessment to ANSI/ESD S20.20, internal audits or creating KPIs are not requirements. This would be dependent on your QMS process.
