Since most gloves and finger cots are disposable is the standard practice to have the user test every time the user puts on a new set or is validating a sample out of the new package enough? I was watching the video on how to test the gloves, and it seems like it would be very time consuming having to test every single finger on each glove every time it is replaced. Along with the feasibility of having enough of the expensive test fixtures available if there are multiple users with the gloves/finger cots.
This falls under the section in ANSI/ESD S20.20 called compliance verification. The frequency is set up by the user of the document. A sample plan, such as in gloves and finger cots, would be acceptable. The frequency can be set up based on data collected from testing and can be changed.
