Greetings everyone
I have the following question

  1. Can magnets or magnetic fields damage ESD sensitive devices in any way?
  2. If so, what would be your recommendations?

The only item that I know of that can be damaged is MR heads in hard drives and tape drives. The “damage” is not because they are sensitive to ESD (as they are) but due to the magnatic chararteristics of the devices.
These devices can also be fixed by a strong magnetic field.
